WHO WE ARE
YourAgentCode is a tech consulting agency. We audit how a business actually runs, then automate only what's worth automating. Questions about this page: info@youragentcode.com.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you fill in our form: your name, work email, website or Instagram, and what you tell us takes up most of your week.
When you book an audit: your name, email, the time you pick, and the answers you give to the booking questions (business name, website or Instagram, what takes up your week). Booking runs through Cal.com.
When you use the site: which page you were on, which site or campaign sent you, and basic device and country information, as anonymous visit counts.
When you email us: we keep the email. We do not collect payment details on this site, and we do not sell your information.
WHY WE USE IT
To reply to you, to run your audit, and to see which pages and campaigns bring people here. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
WHO HANDLES IT FOR US
A few services process this information on our behalf: Framer (hosts this site and counts visits), Cloudflare (passes form and booking details to our records), Airtable (where we keep our contact list), Cal.com (the booking calendar), the video-call tool used for your audit, and our email provider.
They only get what they need to do their job. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and X take you to those sites, which have their own privacy rules.
COOKIES
We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar and our website host may set small cookies that are needed to make them work.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Contact and booking details for up to 24 months after our last conversation, then we delete them. If you become a client, details tied to the work are kept as long as the work and our records require.
YOUR CHOICES
Email info@youragentcode.com to see what we have about you, fix it, or have it deleted. We reply within 30 days. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
CHILDREN
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 16.
CHANGES
If this page changes, the date at the top changes.
